Beautiful & sustainable holiday accommodation in West Sussex
Located in West Sussex on a working dairy farm on the edge of the South Downs National Park, our unique roundwood timber, straw bale and cedar shingle holiday cottage, shepherd's hut and luxury bell tent are the perfect spot to escape, unwind and explore this beautiful corner of Britain.
Merrion Farm is in the heart of the Sussex weald, alongside the river Adur, situated between the villages of Ashurst and Partridge Green. We are within easy reach of the newly created South Downs National Park, and a short drive to the south coast, so a day out in the stunning countryside is a must - and maybe even a swim!
Withyfield Cottage
Inspired and built by Ben Law and his team (as seen on Channel 4's Grand Designs) the cottage is a testament to contemporary green building practice. Supremely comfortable, beautifully furnished and well equipped and made by local craftsmen using local materials.
Withywood Shepherd’s Hut
Tucked away in a peaceful woodland, our hut is the perfect private spot to escape, unwind and reconnect with what matters in life. It is a short walk across a meadow (wheelbarrows provided for bags).
